Pinks Boutique Ocha Organic Toner is a hydrating organic daily toner made with anti-oxidant Japanese Tea and soothing Lavender extract. These organic oils work harmoniously together to refresh nourish and hydrate your skin. This Organic Toner includes a high percentage of organic Glycerine which acts as humecant drawing moisture into the skin, preventing your skin from drying out. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply after cleansing. You can either spray directly onto the face or apply to cotton pads and move over the face in a upwards direction.
