Ayluna was founded in 2017 by husband and wife team Aynur and Heinz-Jürgen Weiland. Heinz-Jürgen is a leading figure in the German Natural Cosmetics industry, having spent 30 years working for one of the largest German natural cosmetics manufacturers. He now brings his extensive experience to the Ayluna hair care range.

Aynur was born in Germany but grew up in her native Turkey. She developed a love for the plants which grow in her home country: hazelnut and sesame oil, pomegranates, figs and of course roses. These form part of Ayluna cosmetics, wherever possible in organic quality and of course at fair conditions for the growers.
