Antipodes was founded more than 10 years ago by biologist Elizabeth Barbalich, who used her scientific background to create this highly innovative organic beauty brand. Antipodes is built on a cutting-edge combination of unique organic ingredients from New Zealand nature with raw super-fruit extracts to create premium performance organic skincare. The products include unique, sustainably harvested forest ingredients, like Mamaku Black Fern, which has firming, protective and cell-regenerating properties, and Totara, with its antibacterial, anti-microbial and anti-oxidising qualities.

Antipodes products are Certified Organic by BioGro, New Zealand and the Pacific's largest and best-known certifier of organic produce and products. Each ingredient they use, and the formulation as a whole, is audited by BioGro, to ensure that they are from environmentally sustainable and trustworthy sources.
