Its soft and smooth application combined with a rich colour pay-off make this Natural Eye Pencil perfect to outline, define and enhance your eyes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner. Apply along the lower lash line to frame the eyes. Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition. Using Lily Lolo Smudge Brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect.
